Returns & Exchanges

Black Suede Studio accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine footwear within 21 days of the original delivery date. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and branded box, ensuring they are packed inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
